Admission Procedure KCS - Senior Section
- Prospective parents are encouraged to reach out to us for admission details via phone, email, or by visiting our School Campus.
- The application process is designed to be flexible, offering the choice of applying online or in-person collection of the hard copy admission form from our admission office. The form can also be downloaded from the following link:Application Form
- A nominal fee of BDT 2,100/- per application is applicable, payable in person or through bKash (+880 1711-181727, merchant).
- Submit the completed admission form along with 3 copies of recent passport-sized photographs of the student, parents, and emergency contacts, a copy of the child’s birth certificate, a copy of parents’ TIN certificate, a copy of recent report cards (in case of a school change), and a copy of the Transfer Certificate (in case of a school change) to our school’s admission office. - The Admission Office will consider applications within a specified deadline or on a seat-available basis. Upon review, parents will be notified of an assessment date for their child, who will undergo an admission test. Upon achieving a qualifying score of 50%, our counselors will arrange an interview with the Vice Principal or respective head. Upon successful completion, parents will receive the Admission Order (AO) and can proceed with finalizing admission by paying the admission fee.

Eligility Criteria of Kids Campus
Placement is offered based on the following criteria:
- The student's performance in ISD's placement tests.
- Continuity of previous education.
- Prior educational experience.
- Grade point average and specific course grades
- Emotional stability or maturity
- KCS capacity to meet the needs of the applicant will be determined according to
- Breadth of curriculum
- Depth of curriculum
- Extent of student services available
- Limitation of school facilities

Fee Structure Policy
All students are required to pay the Academy fees on a timely basis.
On first joining, students must pay the admission fees (non-refundable), tuition fee and caution money deposit (refundable) in advance, prior to attending the Academy, by the designated date.
Students are required to pay tuition and transport fees (if eligible) based on the invoice issued through BEFTN or direct deposit at the bank.
Field trips and any other such off-campus educational experiences which are not included as part of the compulsory curriculum are charged as and when the same is conducted.
Exam fees for the Middle Years Programme (MYP) and Diploma Programme (DP) will be billed separately based on the actual fee charged by the International Baccalaureate (IB) and other related and incidental expenses.
Payments made after the due date are considered to be late
Late fee payment: Fees not paid by the due date will incur a late fee penalty of 2% per month on the outstanding balance at the end of the month.
